Hi, i am in a Cr1 for my wife. Was married before and the consular is asking for the original and copy of the divorce . I do not have have an original but the Nyc court gave me a certified copy of the divorce judgment. Do you think a certified copy is acceptable if i don’t have an original? Anyone ever been in the same situation with a consular processing? What options is they refuse a certified copy?
