DS-230 and Medical Expired
Hi! I received notice from New Delhi Embassy regarding my parents immi application. The letter states that Medical clearance certificate has expired and DS 230 expired as well.
USCIS website says that medical is valid for 12 months and how can DS-230 expire? It's been 5 months since my parents interviewed. The embassy kept their passports for 5 months and now returned with this notice asking for DS -230 and medical again. Is this normal?
