My employer is primarily based out of Europe and they have a small subsidiary in the US. I am working for them for the past 2 and half years and my I-140 got approved this month. Now the employer is shutting down the US operations and what me to shift to Europe, which I cant. I want to know
1) My employer will shut down the operations by March 2013. I can find a new job by then but what will happen to my I-140 which is approved. Will it get revoked/cancelled as the company no longer has operations in the US?
2) Can I use the current I-140 to carry over my PD with my new green card application?
