Hello,
I have a approved I140 with priority date of 26th December 2012.
Once, My priority date becomes current. My employer shall file for I 485.
I have heard that I 485 process that takes about 2-3 months untill I physically receive GREEN CARD.
Now, my question is, say my priority date is current and my employer immediately files for I 485, but next month say priority date changes, does that stop my I 485 application? (And then I have to wait my priority date to becomes current again)
