I have my H1B 6 years expiring on Jun-11.
I have 90 days of recapture available but not filed.
My I-140 has been applied for premium processing on May-31
Can I apply for recapture now and stay in US or should I leave US and come back later?
Greatly appreciate the response as I have limited time to take a decision.
