Hi everyone, I'm from China. I filed my i-140 (category EB3) back in 2003 along with my i-485. Form i-140 was approved on May of 2005. My family and I had one interview on December of 2007. According to the processing dates, our i-485 should have been approve on July 2010. However it was never approved. On April of 2012 we received a letter which intents to denied our i-140. I sent in supporting evidence to deny the revocation. On February 2013, we received a letter which re-approved our i-140. My family and I had our biometrics on June 5, 2013. However there has been no news ever since. If anyone had any similar experience or know anything about this situation, i'll appreciate it if you can share it with me. Thank you.
