Hi Guys,
I have received I-140 RFE after appeal asking “ need new G28 form signed by attorney or …”.
MY Labor certification was approved having EB2 category.
My attorney sent G-28 form with in a week after we received the RFE, but after that there is no change in LUD.
what can be happen in my case?
1) If approved: No problem
2) If not approved: what they are going to ask again.. what can be the worst situation.
Please advise. "Concurrent filing", but till now after sending G28, no change in LUD .

RFE sent 08/2005, no change in LUD until now
