Fulltime job with recent I-140 approval
Currently I am on H1B and I have my I-140 approved with an employer (consulting company) a month ago. Also based on I-140 I got H1B extension until 2017.
The client where I am working is offering me a full time job with them. Here are my questions:
1) Am I legally eligible to take the full time offer from the client as I have got my I-140 approval only last month.
2) If yes, then Can I port the same I-140 dates later after I take the full time opportunity?
3) Is it safe to be with the same employer or any issues going for a full time at this point?
