Today, I checked the online status for my I-140. At 5 pm the case status said "we updated your name for your Form I-140". At around 7 pm, the status said "My case was approved".
I hope this can serve as a reference to anyone else that will see " We updated your name for you Form I-140" when checking online, as in my case, it was nothing negative, rather it was a pleasant surprise.
Life is a journey. The path to my approved I-140 was the hardest and most rewarding experience of my life.
