Hello Everybody,
I need some help.I am having M.SC (5yrs) from India and total 15 yrs of work experience in Software Industry.My current employer is going to process my GC.Looks like I am falling under EB3 category.
I do see there is something BS + 5 yrs of work exp falls under EB2. Is M.Sc from India doesn't fall under this category.Even one of my friend with B.Tech from India with 5 yrs of work exp was under EB2 and got GC.
Please advice.
