I-140 approve I want to switch!! Freedommmm!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I work with Company A
My Green Card was filed in EB2 in Nov 2013
My I-140 approved, in Aug 2015, 6 months after I-140 is approved still not completed.
I have to file my extension this year i.e. 2016 Oct

I want to switch my Job, what are my options?

I am feeling to take risk, but I cannot stay with my current employer. Please suggest (save me)!!!!!
