Change of location due to Part time MBA, with approved I-140

Hi folks,

I need your guidance on the following question.

I am planning to enroll into a part time MBA program at a different location. I have an approved I-140 and my wife has an H4 EAD. If i enroll, i would be moving local to the MBA program, but will continue to work for the same employer and same job/role remotely.

If i go ahead with above plan, will a new I140 needs to be filled by the employer? Also, if a new I-140 is to be filled, which easily takes from 6 - 8 months, will my wife continue to have EAD?
