Upgrading EB-3 to EB-2

My labor was filed on May02 under EB3 and was approved in Oct06. I have 3-yrs BSc(Computer SC) degree and PG Diploma (like MBA) + 8 years of India experience in IT.
My attorneys filed an upgrade from EB3 to EB2 in Dec06 and is in Nebraska suggested against premium processing because of its an upgrade.

Now I want to switch to premium processing and would like to know what are the chances?
Has anyone done similar action before and what's the experience?

Hello,
when you file under EB2 in Dec06, was your EB3 petition withdrawn or cancelled ? As I was told inorder to upgrade from EB3 to EB2, your approved petition should be withdrawn is that happend in your case. Please let me know. Also please update status of your case.
