Hi,
I have an approved I-140 and am eligible to file I-485 based on the recent PD movement. However, my job location changed about a month back. I am still with the same company in a similar job but had to move from Dallas,TX to Portalnd, OR.
My attorney says that I need to file for a new LC and I-140(since my job location changed) and request for PD retention from the old case.
My question is, is there a way I can file for I-485 with the approved I-140 since all that changed is my job location. Or do I need to file a new case altogether due to the new job location. Or is there any other option which allows me to work from Portland, OR with the same company and still take advanatage of approved I-140 and movement in PD?
