  • I-140/EB-1 Extraordinary Ability & Change of Address

I submitted an EB-1 Extraordinary Ability I-140 application (employer & labor certification not required) which was received at the Nebraska Service Center mid-March. Unfortunately, I waited 'till July to request I-907 Premium Processing and missed the suspension date.

I'm planning on flying from London to New York in September and may stay for several months (I'll have a return plane ticket). Being French, I travel under the VISA Waiver Program, so don't use a pre-arranged visitor's visa.

As I've been living in London, I'd requested Consular Processing. But, if I'm in New York when my I-140 comes up for processing, I'll have to return to London for the interview process.

What would I need to do in order to have my interview in New York? Or, should I plan on returning to London for the Interview?

    Many thanks,
    Trev
