Husband in Deportation Proceedings

Can someone provide some good sound advise? My husband was detained and later released on his own recognizance but ordered to report to an ISAP office 3x's a week which is very difficult on me because right now I am the sole provider. He did overstay on his I94 and had I known I could file for an extension I would have but hind sight is 20/20. At any rate, I received a approved I130 in Feb, showed it to the arresting authorities but they still said he is still deportable because he over stayed. We actually filed the I485 but it was rejected because I signed it instead of him. He is ordered to appear at a Master hearing in July to determine if they will deport him. What do I do now? I was told we can't proceed with the I485 until he apprears in front of the judge in July.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.
