My receipt date of I140 in NSC is Oct. 29, 2002. I filed NIW. And filed I140 alone (not concurrent). I checked the processing time of NSC, as if 2/15/2003, NIW I140 has been processed at the receipt date of 11/29/2002. But I have not got any news. In this forum, somebody said that in CA center, only concurrent filed I140 has been processed. Is it true in NSC, too? If anybody has file I140 please share your information, so we can have an idea what is going on.
