My first I140 (EB2) was approved sometime ago. However, its priority is not current. And, the case now is transfered to NVC. I have a labor cert. (EB2) with much early priority date (1997) was approved recently.
Is it possible to apply for a second I140 and bring the case current? Will INS question about the first I140 application?
Will INS recall the first I140 from NVC?
The two labor certifications have different job titles.
What is the consequence of submitting a second I140 with different job title but with the same company?
Is there any other way to bring the case current using earlier labor certificate without going through I140?
