My question is how to calculate the age according to the CSPA
If My petition is an I-140, EB3, priority date Oct 2005, approved in May 2007 by the USCIS , and documentarly qualified in March 2009. My birth date is July 1989.
And according to the NVC bulletin their estimate is that the EB3 cut off date will reach August 2005, is this punctual ?
