Dear Friends,
I had a question on the I-140. It is my understanding that in order to switch jobs beyond 6 yrs in H1B, one has to provide/consider a copy of I-140 (if GC in process) to transfer the H1 to the new employer. However, I wanted to find what kind of copy is needed for this.
Does a copy of the approval notice (form I797) for I-140 suffice or a copy of the I-140 application, etc is needed?
