I have a couple of questions regarding I140 and switching jobs using it.
1.I have an I140 with my previous employer A (my Title: X) approved in 2015 and I recently got a job (2019) and moved to employer B (my Title: Y). Employer B will start my GC processing after 1 year of employment. Mean while if I get an opportunity with employer C before employer B starts my GC processing, can I move to employer C with the help of I140 that I have from employer A?
2. Can Employer A revoke or withdraw I-140 after 180 days? If he revokes\withdraw I-140 how will it impact my status.
