Port Priority Date with only I-140 Receipt Number and no Alien Number

Question:-
Is the Alien Registration Number (A-Number) required to port Priority Date from the old employer or just the i140 Receipt number will suffice to port PD?

I received my FOIA i140 responsive document from USCIS FIRST and the Alien Registration Number looks very blurry and not clear in the scanned uploaded document.

Please help and give me advice. Thanks!
