EAD application - May 2021
Biometrics - Sep 2021
EAD on hand - Dec 2021 ( I had a death in my Immediate family and had to leave to India on an emergency so expedited AP through congressman )

Interestingly both approvals I see in this thread are for Nebraska, yet, I am waiting for my approval. I filed I140 for EB1C in Jan 2021. If the processing times doesn't retrogress, then I will be able to raise a SR for outside processing time in another month. Thankfully my biometrics got over and I got my EAD/AP combo card.

Other than Aruna Apsangi, no one has received any approval from novemeber. Not sure if that is from Nebraska or Texas.

finally after RFE and 1 and half years of ordeal today i got approval for my I140 from Nebraska center

My I140 filed on Apr, 2021 in Texas under EB1C, Awaiting the backlog to be cleared. I485 filed on Jul 21 which has been transferred to Texas office but no news on Biometrics yet.Any timesline do you guys have or any recent update from texas centre

My I140 filed on Feb 22, 2021 in Texas under EB1C, Awaiting the backlog to be cleared.I485 filed on Aug26 which has been transferred to Texas office, Biometrics completed on Oct-5th.. assuming both are parallel processes ...I140 seems to be the one where dates are retrogressing backwards based on updates.

I also have a similar timeline, no movement after Biometrics, just waiting for Texas office to speedup processing

I have an approval on 30 September, EB1C i140 non concurrent Nebraska center. Date received early February 2021. LIN2190282***

Anyone who received an update from USCIS on case status for filling in Nov Dec 2020, looks like its never ending waiting. Now the process is showing for Jan 2018, its just unimaginable.

My I140 filed on Jan 12, 2021 in Texas under EB1C, Hope i will get update after you all because you folks filed before me Nov/Dec 20.
My I485 is filed on April 16 to national benefit center, after few days May 26 it is transferred to Texas jurisdiction, hope both will be processed in parallel.

Latest update:
Biometrics is done on Aug 11.
