The received date is the receipt date using which we can try and raise a SR. My notice data is March the 11th, 2021. I am sure NSC is going to have a bunch of SRs raised within the next couple of days

I heard that a few I-140 cases getting approved yesterday and day before who had applied in Jan-2021 through NSC. I think the Jan-2021 cases should be approved soon, within the next few weeks, atleast by the looks of it

Jan 21st 2021 I140 Filer at the NSC. Still no approval. Same status - Case received. I485 transferred from NBC to NSC. Case status of I485 unchanged for many months.

If you notice, criteria for applying to NBC is not mentioned in the link. For ex. I'm in Illinois, my case was filed in NBC but unfortunately since my I140 was still pending, my 485 filed to NBC was transferred to Nebraska where my 140 is pending. If only my 140 was already approved, my 485 would have remained with NBC. Cases with NBC gets processed quicker and if they believe an interview is needed, they would then transfer it to a field office close to you.

My understanding is a little different. I know many people who wait for their I140 to be approved so they could directly file their Aos with NBC as it is much quicker. And, NBC does take care of moving the case to a field office close to you in case an interview was needed. I heard people preferred this route because it was much quicker. I'm not entirely sure if my understanding is correct either.

EAD/AP was approved in September, but AOS (I-485) hasn't been updated for 190 days. Just says "case was updated to show fingerprints were taken"
Interesting that your case was filed with phoenix but was then transferred to Nebraska. In almost all cases the file is transferred to Nebraska was because the I140 was in Nebraska and was still pending.

Was there a reason why you had not filed your case with National benefits center? My guess is that you would have got your GC by now if your case was filed in NBC.
