Hi,
I have an approved I-140 in eb3 from previous employer. I also have an approved I-140 from current employer and we filed a downgrade in oct 2020. I just received a RFE for experience and ability to pay. I am working on the letter but just wanted to know what will be my options if things go wrong with the downgrade. Also, this downgrade was an amendment and I am way beyond the 6 years on H1b.
