Need a suggestion - I responded to a RFE for my I140 on August 02nd and its still on same status of Response Received. Its been 85 days.
Is there a max time before which USCIS is expected to process a RFE response? When I search online, there is no clear answer while in many places it says that I should definitely get a response within 90 days after USCIS received my RFE response.
