One firm filed a EB2 GC for myself in May 2013. I never worked for them but had thought of starting once my 140 is approved.
Meanwhile I had found a job in Canada and has been working there and never returned to USA. I did get my 140 approval but the employer never gave me I140 papers.
What are my options now? Do I need to work with same employer for next steps? How can I ask for my I140 from my employer?
is there any other document that can tell me my exact priority date?
