Im filing an 140 application for my friend, his employer wants to sponser him to become a permanent resident, what is the process, we fill out the application, the employer fills out the application we send the documents to the local lockbox facility with the correct payment fees and thats it or is there a more complicated version to this and should we get a lawyer?
