I have LC and I140 in EB3 from my current employer. And my PD is March 2008. I am still waiting for my PD to be current to file I485. I am on 7th year of my H1B and still have two years on it. I am trying to change job and my new employer is ready to do my GC in EB2. I have few questions regarding this:
1) Can my future employer port my March 2008 PD from EB3 to EB2...? How complicated it is...?
2) I am not sure if my current employer will withdraw I140 once I leave. But, for sure, he is going to withdraw H1B with in 15 days of my last date. Does H1 withdrawal automatically withdraw I140...?
3) Will I still be able to port my 2008 PD even if my current employer withdrew I140...?
