Changing from H1 to L2 (cus 6 years on Visa is up) submitted i539 form have not heard back yet from USCIS yet. Is it okay to continue staying in the US past the due date on H1 until you hear back from USCIS. Does 240 days valid here as an option to continue staying in the US?
