Studying in Canada as an Intl Student; wants to migrate to the US; husband PR in USA

My nationality is Jamaican; my husband live in the US and has legal permanent resident: GC. I am in Canada as an International student studying. I want to migrate to the US to live with my husband. What are my initial steps and where will my case be sent to when it is time for me to do my medical and interview?

In other words what is the quickest way to get to the US and live with my husband?
