Help in my girlfiend case
Hi.
I need some help with my girlfriend case.
She is Colombian and her father sent the request in December 2014 and in May 2015 was sent to the NVC. After filling out all the forms and pay fees, this appear on ceac.state.gov from December 29:
“Your petition has been returned to USCIS for administrative action and is no longer at the NVC. Further inquiries should be directed to the USCIS by telephone at 1-800-375 5283, or via the internet at www.uscis.gov.”
We don’t know what happened whit the case, I wrote to NVC but they only tell on the answer that they send the case to uscis without explanation.
We communicate with uscis too, and they tell that the case is ok.
Is this normal? and what does she do?

-Her father is a u.s citizen.
-She is 17 years old.
