Hi!
My wife (an American citizen) and I live in the Netherlands and submitted our I-130 from here. My understanding is that, therefore, we'd be processed through the consulate in Germany.
However, my wife recently got a job interview for a job in the USA and may therefore move over there during the period while we wait for the NVC. Since she would then be in the US, would this change the process or would we still be eligible for consular processing (since I would still be in the Netherlands)?
