NVC require the police clearance certificate of UAE because I resided there for a period of five years.
I resided in UAE before 1996 for a period of five years and after that period my passport expired in 1997. So, I applied for a new passport at the Department of Immigration and Passport (DIP), Bangladesh. Later, I submitted my old passport to DIP and they (DIP) issued a new passport. I do not have any copy of my old passport at this stage. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate of UAE without my old passport.
How do I explain to NVC?
