What are the instructions for notarization of I-134 (Affidavit of Support) if one is already outside the US?
My interview is scheduled in Mumbai at the end of Dec but I left the US in August and am currently on assignment in Italy. Immihelp says "notarize in US, notarization in India NOT accepted!"
What do I do? My options are:
a) Notarize at US consulate in Mumbai at time of interview (is this possible?)
b) Notarize at US consulate in Milan (very expensive and inconvenient!)
c) Notarize with an Italian notary public.
