i am trying to upload documents on CEAC system but cannot upload anything for my wife's case. i am following all their provided guidelines but when i press upload button for a document it gives me "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive" error. due to this i cannot upload any document. i have contacted them via email and received a generic reply on how to upload document.i have tried to upload the documents using different devices and internet connections and got the same results. i am not sure what to do now. is anbody else getting the same error message?
