Hi Cheli, you will have to update the ds 260 details in your profile first in the cgiferederal portal. Delete the existing dependents from your profile first. Post that create new profiles for your dependants with different email ids. Once you do that it will ask you if it can merge it with your profile, say yes, upload their passport copies and wait till they send you the passwords via email. Once you receive the passwords for their new profile, login and update their ds260 number and NVC case number and logout. Then login again into your chi profile and add them as new members and logout. This would work

Hi Robo81, Thank you for the update. I am a little confused here and need your help. My scenario is, I have filled out DS160 forms in 2020 for myself and my dependents, paid the fees and got my appointment cancelled because of Covid and did not get a chance to reschedule. I am stuck here in the US and my family in India. Now I have the DS260 submitted for my spouse and kid. Do you think that I will encounter any issues with in the CGI portal. if so how to resolve that. Any insight is much appreciated .

I don't think so...next month am sure they will jump 8-10 months again covering till mar 22 atleast, with this pace all the EB1 s wil be through. So guys just a heads-up, those of you who have near expiry for their pcc, can get it renewed now. Also keep your CGIfederal portal updated with dependant details along with adding the ds 260 confirmation and case number. If you had previously applied for a non immigrant visa the system will automatically pull the ds 160 only thereby causing the delay in scheduling the biometric. I luckily got it fixed a day before i received my IL.

These are some preparatory steps that you can do now before you receive the IL.

Dear All, My case is DQ on August 2021, It is still showing that your case is with NVC. I would like to know if anyone interview scheduled and DQ date

Mgm1 If I remember correctly your I-485 has to be approved before NVC pick your case. Based on response from Robo81 and adi3889 we can conclude that interview letters have been sent to people whose DQ dates are April 2021 not August 2021. Mine is 6th August and I am waiting.

Hi.. great to see this forum. I just got my I-140 approval last month in Feb for EB1A. Hoping to get DQ soon and then waiting for IL.

can I confirm that interview in March 2022 is scheduled for those DQ in August 2021 ?

Hi adi3889 Regarding your interview scheduling I think you can have one active interview at a time. In which case I believe that you will have to cancel the other one and get the appointment for IV scheduled. I suggest, It would be better if you can reach out to the ustraveldocs by email or by phone and confirm before you cancel your appointment.
