In which case the consular officer has to decide to clear all the remaining E1 visas.

Mine is E1 visa category as well and that's why I thought all EB1 come under E1 and EB2 as E2 and EB3 as E3.

Is it E1 or E13?

Hi Cheli, thanks for sharing but I am not able to understand the graph. For example- It says the number of visas issued for E13 in Dec 21 is 0 but the actual number is 20. So not sure what he is depicting in this graph.
Anyway, let's keep hoping that the numbers will exponentially increase for our category and we all get our ILs soon.

Hi Robo81 , I pasted the link to the website but somehow I don't see it now. I checked the numbers for the EB1 on the graph with the immigrant visa statistics doc on the Us embassy site and it matched and was quite confident that it was true.

Hi, where did you receive the backlog numbers for EB1 alone ? I know that EB numbers aren't much so let's be hopeful that they clear it in few months...
jacobnvc has received the IL , cleared it and has reached the US. I know that since I was in touch.
About Ajio he should have received it as well...
