    Hi

    I applied for an IR5 visa for my parents (Dad and Mom). I had to create a new login once the portal was changed. Since I created the new login, I cannot locate the case for my Dad. I can still see the case for my mom but not for my mom. How can I add the case of my Dad to this profile.

    They had an interview scheduled for Dec 2022 which they could not attend due to some unforeseen circumstances. To reschedule the interview, I need both the cases added to the same group. I have been trying to reach out to consulate through web and phone without any help. The web cases are closed without any resolution and I cannot get hold of a person to talk to on phone. I have tried the following consulate phone numbers (+91 22 62011000 and +91 22 26724000) Any help on how I can get this resolved.
