Hello,
I applied petition I-130 for my parents. USCIS asked me to send birth certificate. I send birth certificate, and then USCIS asked me to provide them DNA lab result before Jan 16 2012.
Through AABB accredited lab (DDC-DNA), the process was initiated in november. My test was taken and the kit was sent to New Delhi for my parents. Embassy in india called my parents in December and appointment was fixed for Jan 13 2012.
I will miss my deadline for DNA lab result. I have asked DDC-DNA lab to provide me a letter stating my test was taken, and I also have email from New Delhi embassy asking my parents to get DNA test done.
What should i do in timely manner? Any letter i should write to USCIS? If so, are there any letter samples available?
