I've been in a long distance relationship for about six months, I now plan to visit face to face then possibly marry. My friend is a citizen of the Philippines but now reside in the UAE (Abu Dhabi). I have two questions.
My friend has a small child (4 yrs old), she is unmarried (never married) and is estrange from the childs father. If my friends child is listed on the K1 visa application-is any additional paper work required? Will my friend be required to travel to Manilia to attend interview?
The application process looks confusing but I will attempt to complete myself.
