I am working for employer 'A' .My H1B extension has been applied and received an RFE. Now I am getting an offer from Company 'B' and I would like to do H1 transfer to employer B while my H1B extension is with RFE. My H1 and I94 is expiring after 3 months. Please let me know if it is ok to transfer my H1 during this stage.
