H1b after stamping process query
Hi , I am in indian, working in one indian MNC , Now I have H1B visa stamped in my passport with validity till NOV 2016.This will be my first visit to USA. because of project restriction,employer have no plan for US travel. Thats why I am planning to Switch my job , but having some query,
1. If I leave my current job , what action my current employer can take ( like petition revoke/...)
2. If I find any other employer is indian/US and travel with that offer , do I need to go for stamping again.
3. what if i haven't switch job and wait till Nov 2016 for new client and not found any, Can we extend my petition.
