    Greencard process when chnaged from L1 to H1B

    Hi ,

    I am on L1B VISA. My employer ready to do start Greencard processing for me. Due to L1 expiry, employer trying to apply H1B for me this year. Will I lose the seniority or will it be treated as fresh Green Card when I change to L1b to H1B VISA?

    Please suggest on this.
