No objection Certificate from Indian Embassy

My son Devashish had studied 9th and 10th grade in US and moved to India recently. He will continue his college over there.

Apparently, in order to complete the admission process in India, the education institution has requested for a no-objection certificate from the Embassy.

How should i proceed on this. Please email me.
