Hello,
I have been in the United States for the past three months without a valid status or paystubs. I am interested in transferring my visa to a new employer, preferably through consulate filing. To complete this process, I understand that I will need to depart from the US and reenter with a new I-94 issued by my new employer. I plan to return to India and then come back to the US with my new employer's visa stamping.
I have a question regarding the visa stamping process. Do I need to schedule a Counselor interview, or am I eligible to use the dropbox option for my new visa stamping? I would appreciate it if you could provide me with this information.
