Problem with text box in forum tool

Please refer to my post at http://www.immihelp.com/forum/showpost.php?p=22871&postcount=2. After my first para in this post I've few bulleted (numbered) points. You will notice that there are 2 blank lines between the para and the start of numbered points. I tried backspace and delete, both many times, to remove the extra line but in preview or after submit it invariably ended up with 1 or 2 extra blank line. Right now it’s 1 line, but in a previous editing attempt it was 2 extra blank lines.

Also in the last para (before I wrote HTH), I pressed Enter at end of para. But the cursor didn’t move from the line. I thought I didn’t press Enter correctly and pressed it again and then typed HTH. Now when I previwed the post I found that the earlier Enter pressed by me was indeed there, it just didn’t showed up while editing.

The two issues above seems to be some kind of bug in this tool. You may like to report these to the company behind the tool.
