Hi,
I'm currently on H1-B in State A in the U.S. (associated with consulate C1) and will be soon moving to State B (associated with consulate C2). I have the option of renewing my passport (expiring early 2015) when I'm in State A.
After I move to State B, I will be traveling to India, and will have to get a visa stamp. The question I have is, do I have to have my current U.S. address in my U.S.-issued Indian passport when I go to get the visa stamp? If so, I will wait till after I move to State B to renew my passport.
Thanks!
