Converting passport from Normal to tatkal

Hi,
I applied for passport one month back under normal service, when I attened last time at the time of my appointment, they asked bring one orginal document(Birth Certificate) , Now I have got the document . And I need to travel urgently on company, Company also provided the letter , and also I got all the documents required for tatkal(Anexure F, and I) .. Now is it possible to convert to tatkal by visiting to the PSK ..?
