i need to gather some info n hope somene help me here.
im iranian girl n my fiance is indian . ive visited him on tourist visa n according soem rule i cant visit india on tourist visa again for six months. we havent register our marriage in ir or india. i wanna know if my fiance send invitation letter , will embassy grant me tousrist visa before six months ? can u help me abt other types of visa i may be granted. we have only some doc which is valid as marriage doc only in iran . as registration processs takes time in iran im looking for shortcut to go to india n register there at first. thanks in advance
